Cupping Therapy 🔥

In this session we will meet areas of stuckness directly with warm cupping therapy.

A potent way to disperse any areas of Jitsu (fullness, excess, or "stuck" energy, often referring to a state of high tension, congestion, or overactivity within the body's energy pathways).

This session will have a specific focus on one area, such as shoulder, back or hip. It will also include some ZenThai Shiatsu bodywork.

Please note.. If you are already very depleted, pregnant, or elderly this treatment may not be suitable for you. 🙏

Couples ZenThai - 2hr Experience ✨

A beautiful shared experience designed for couples who wish to unwind, reconnect, and receive together. ✨

Two experienced ZenThai Shiatsu therapists will arrive at your home or accommodation to create a calm and supportive space, where each of you can fully relax while receiving a deeply nourishing treatment.

Sessions happen side by side, allowing you to share the experience while each massage remains fully tailored to your individual body and needs. 🌿

A chance to slow down together, soften the body, and return to a deeper sense of ease.

Perfect for partners wishing to share something restorative and meaningful together in the comfort of their own space. Great after travel, long drives or days spent exploring. 🙏

Grounded Reset Package - 3 x 90min Sessions (Normally $540)

This package is designed for anyone seeking consistent support for their nervous system and body.

Each 90-minute session provides:
• Gentle, intentional bodywork to release stored tension ✨
• Techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and increase calm ✨
• Tools to help your body carry the benefits between sessions ✨
• Grounding practices to reconnect with your body and restore balance ✨

Why this package:
Spacing these sessions over a few weeks allows your nervous system to integrate the work fully, so you experience deeper, longer-lasting results than a single session alone.

Ideal for anyone feeling the cumulative effects of stress, tension, or overwhelm, or for those wanting to maintain a grounded, balanced state in day-to-day life. ✨

Recommended use:
These 3 sessions are best used over 6–8 weeks to allow your nervous system to integrate and for you to get the most consistent results. 🌿

I did a two-hour private Zenthai Shiatsu session, and from the moment I walked up to the studio, the energy felt absolutely amazing. Harriet was warm, welcoming, and her calm presence instantly put me at ease. Everything flowed so naturally and effortlessly.
I shared a few things I’d been dealing with, along with some aches and pains, and it felt like she could intuitively read the rest of my body and know exactly what needed attention. The session not only released physical tension, but also helped shift and release stored emotions I’d been carrying.
From start to finish, Harriet was professional, kind, caring, and deeply grounded. The energy in her hands was incredible she truly has a natural gift for healing and for the work she does.

I have had multiple treatments from Harriet and she has a familiar, intuitive sense of the human body and listened to me about what my particular aches and pains were; deftly focusing on loosening those areas. I have had many body work sessions from so many practitioners, but none has had such lasting and deep impact as the five sessions I received from Harriet.

Harriet had an exceptional ability when it comes to creating safety in the body, and listens very deeply to what the body saying, and her gentle guidance with the breath has repeatedly put me in a state of deep surrender where I have felt trapped emotions be released, felt, and moved through.

I’ve felt significantly lighter emotional, more nimble and relaxed physically and perhaps more important than these, more deeply connected to my body.

I cannot recommend her more. I’ve sent friends and family member to her and they too were very satisfied with their experience. If I could give her 6 stars I would !
